For the first time, from May 21 to 25, 2025, Panama City will host Pinta Panamá Art Week, an event that positions the city as a key destination on the international art calendar. Over four days, activities will focus on the local art scene, including artist studio visits, art exhibitions, and guided tours of galleries and museums led by local experts. In addition to its emphasis on art, this event will highlight Panama's cultural potential, showcasing its tourist attractions and culinary offerings. Pinta Panamá Art Week is an opportunity to explore a world-class city in the midst of a cultural and artistic boom.

The FORO at Pinta Panamá Art Week is a space for reflection on the contemporary art scenes of Central America and the Caribbean. Coordinated by Mónica E. Kupfer, curator, art historian, and critic, the FORO brings together experts and special guests to discuss the current challenges and opportunities in the region's art scene. With an open approach, it aims to generate new perspectives on curation, collecting, and other key topics related to the region's artistic scenario.

The Cultural Program of Pinta Panamá Art Week is under the Artistic Direction of Irene Gelfman, Global Curator of Pinta, and the curation of Emiliano Valdés, a Guatemalan curator who was, for a decade, the Chief Curator of the Museum of Modern Art in Medellín, Colombia.
It also includes a FORO coordinated by Mónica E. Kúpfer, which stands out as a reflective space led by international guests on contemporary topics of the artistic practice in Central America.
