For the first time, from May 21 to 25, 2025, Panama City hosted Pinta Panamá Art Week, an event that positioned the city as a key destination on the international art calendar. Over five days, activities focused on the local art scene took place, including visits to artists' studios, art exhibitions, and guided tours of galleries and museums. Beyond its focus on art, the event also helped showcase Panama’s cultural potential, highlighting its tourist attractions and culinary offerings. A week to explore a city in the midst of a cultural boom.

What Every Life Dreams

Curators: Juan Canela and Emiliano Valdés

What Every Life Dreams is an exhibition project composed of various interventions and artistic actions created specifically for the Ciudad de las Artes and its surroundings, within the framework of Pinta Panamá. Invited to reflect on this context, a group of Panamanian artists and creators propose dialogues with the spatial, urban, and environmental characteristics of the Ciudad de las Artes and Panama more broadly.
